This policy explains what personal data we process, for what purpose and for how long.
Data we process
Name, email address, language, time zone and technical access logs. Your IP address is stored only as a keyed hash, never in clear text.
Purpose
To deliver the contracted service, verify your identity, protect accounts from unauthorised access and meet our legal obligations.
Retention
Audit records are kept for 365 days and technical logs for 90 days. When you delete your account you have 30 days to export your data before permanent erasure.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, export and delete your data from the panel or by writing to the contact address.
Third parties
We use no third-party analytics. Email, payment and social network providers process only the data strictly required for their function.
