Refund policy
How refunds and cancellations work.
The legal identity of the service owner has not been configured yet. This document is a template and is not in force until it is completed.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the panel. The service stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
If the service has not worked as described, write to the contact address explaining the case. We review every request and reply within 24 business hours.
Trial period
The trial lets you evaluate the service before any charge. During the current phase billing is disabled and no charge is made at all.
Your data
Cancelling does not delete your data immediately: you have 30 days to export it before permanent erasure.
